Excellent service
The help with booking and response time is second to none. This is the second river cruise I have booked with tully, and they booked my hotel pre-cruise last time and post cruise this time, getting me a beautiful room and extra's I would not have otherwise gotten. Will continue to use Tully. I used to do all my own planning, this is far , far better!

Ten years with Tully
I have done business with you since late 2006 when my late wife and I first decided to cruise with Crystal. We took a 14 day trip through the Panama Canal. Lise was the first lady I spoke with on the phone and she has handled every single cruise I have taken since. We're taking a return Caribbean cruise in December and another Crystal cruise in March around New Zealand. She and her assistants have always done an outstanding job. I must mention Rebecca as she has also been extremely helpful to Lise and myself in getting things organized and ready. Lise and I have a special relationship that has developed over the years and although I have never personally met her we communicate a lot and not just about travel. I share photos and stories and she does the same. I hope some day to meet her along with my wife. We will continue to do our travel business with Tully as we have never been disappointed by their expertise and care. We trust Tully.

Around the World with Tully!
Cheri Port from Tully is working with me on the details for my next really big adventure--a 119-day, around-the-world cruise on Viking Sun in 2020. I'm a veteran cruiser and world traveller but for this trip I knew I would feel better if I had a specialist helping me with the planning--and had someone I could call if I needed assistance during my trip. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Cheri as I count down the days to January 4, 2020!

I always get a prompt response to my requests and complete information about the cruises I book. I also get information about special offers via email. They are knowledgble about cabins on the cruise lines and when to book to get the best prices for the cabin I want.
