Efficient
I appreciate the immediate response that we get when we arrange our trips by emails. Arrangements are handed smoothly and efficiently. My one complaint is that for our last few trips gluten free meals have not been requested or just ordered for on one of the flights. I now phone the airlines, before hand to make sure that I am able to have something that I can eat.

Around the World with Tully!
Cheri Port from Tully is working with me on the details for my next really big adventure--a 119-day, around-the-world cruise on Viking Sun in 2020. I'm a veteran cruiser and world traveller but for this trip I knew I would feel better if I had a specialist helping me with the planning--and had someone I could call if I needed assistance during my trip. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Cheri as I count down the days to January 4, 2020!

I always get a prompt response to my requests and complete information about the cruises I book. I also get information about special offers via email. They are knowledgble about cabins on the cruise lines and when to book to get the best prices for the cabin I want.
