Founder, Audrey Grant's Better Bridge
Audrey Grant has an established international reputation in the field of bridge education. The American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) calls her one of the 52 most influential people in its history. Audrey is known for her simple, humorous, and effective teaching approach. She is the author of the Better Bridge Series of books, magazine, lectures, and TV shows. She has also co-authored numerous bridge books with the likes of Eric Rodwell and Zia Mahmood. Through her Teacher Accreditation Program, thousands of teachers have successfully used her textbooks and methods in the past two decades.
In 2012, she and the Better Bridge Team launched the highly successful Interactive Daily Bridge Column to help players learn and improve every day – from anywhere, anytime, on any device. In recognition of her contribution, Audrey was inducted into the ACBL and Canadian Bridge Federation Hall of Fame.
As a member of our private group, you will participate in Audrey’s daily lectures, receive comprehensive notes, and participate in ACBL-sanctioned duplicate games. You’ll find yourself playing better bridge by the time you leave. Partners are guaranteed. We look forward to meeting you.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the bridge schedule for these private cruises?
There is a two-hour bridge seminar once a day, including port days. The material shares the most current tips for bidding, play, and defense. There are also two sanctioned games on most days.
Is the Bridge Program for all levels?
All skill levels are welcome and they will be paired up accordingly if they don’t have a partner. This program is not advisable for complete beginners, as they will not benefit from the lessons.
Do I need a partner?
No. The Better Bridge Team will arrange partnerships among the guests. You can feel comfortable coming to the games and lessons without a partner. Many of our guests take advantage of this service!
Do the bridge groups sell out?
Yes, they do! The card rooms where the games are played have limited capacity for a certain amount of tables for everyone to play comfortably. It is best to book early to guarantee your spot at your table in Audrey’s class.
Can the Bridge Players book their own times in the dining room?
For cruises aboard Silversea, the dining is open so you can choose your own dining times. Evening games start at 7:30 pm.
Are the games sanctioned?
Yes, the duplicate games are sanctioned by American Contract Bridge League. The masterpoint awards are somewhat lower than those awarded at a regular club game because the games are shorter (two hours) and run in a more relaxed atmosphere.
If I book my cruise with another agency can I join the Bridge games?
No, our group is a private group and only those booked with Tully Luxury Travel will have access to the Bridge Program.
